I’m so excited to be working with you on your upcoming large family photo session! Big family groups are always so fun and full of energy, but they can also get a little chaotic without some pre-planned organization. To help everything run smoothly, I’ve prepared a Photography Schedule specifically for large families and groups.

Below you’ll find a questionnaire designed in a “family tree” style, with the oldest generation listed at the top and the youngest at the bottom. Please fill in the names of all family members who will be attending the session. If you reach a section that doesn’t apply, simply type (N/A) in the remaining spaces.

Once the questionnaire is complete, I’ll use it to create a detailed photography schedule to ensure that every important combination and moment is captured without anything being overlooked.
