Large Family Photo Session

Hello, I am so excited that we are going to be conducting a large family photo session together. Large families are just so fun and wonderful to work with, that being said with all large groups it can tend to get a little chaotic without some pre-planned organization. This is why I have prepared a Photography Schedule for large families and groups. Below you will find a questionnaire, which asks for the name of the family members that will be attending this photo session. The questionnaire is set up almost 'family tree style' whit the oldest generation at the top and the youth at the bottom. If at any point the questionnaire is complete and all names are given, please type (NA) for the remaining blank space. Once this is complete the photographer will create a photography schedule to insure that nothing is overlooked. If at any point. Eldest generation (The Root)

The names of individuals that are identified as Parents/Grandparents/Great Grandparents of the younger family groups. Please write the names and relationship to you.

Middle Generation (The Trunk)

The names of individuals that are identified as Parents/Grandparents of the younger family group and are Children of those in Family Group 1. Please write the names and relationship to you.

Youth FAMLIES Generation(s) (The Branches)

The names of individuals that are identified as Children of those from group 2. Please write the names and relationship to you. Be sure to write the names of the individual as well as their significant others name and any children's names that they may have. please be sure to label the relationship.
