Portrait sessions are perfect for capturing real moments during meaningful seasons of life — whether you’re celebrating a milestone, gathering your family together, updating photos, or visiting Branson and wanting to remember your trip with something more than phone photos. These sessions are great for couples, families, seniors, maternity, branding, or just because. Common Questions
When will I recieve gallery?
A.Your sneak peeks are posted via 'Social Media', Facebook and Instagram within 72 hours after your photo session. Your full gallery will be produced with 2 weeks max.
How much is it if I want to purchase more photos than the package offers?
A.While you will receive (5 digital images) with your package. You will have additional shopping options.
• Digital Downloads are $15 per Digital Download. With this purchase comes printing and distribution right.
• Photo Prints range form ($2 - $25) depending on size, print type and finish.
• Other options are large prints, canvases, metal prints, framed prints, and other custom prints prices vary depending on the size and finish, as these are all custom.
What if the my appointment is hindered by bad weather?
A.The weather will be watched very closely on the days leading up to your photo session. If the weather becomes undesirable and does not permit an outdoor session to take place we will have a few options.
1. You will receive a 'rain date', where your session will be rescheduled at the earliest availability for both the photographer and the client.
2. Discuss moving the photo session to a beautiful indoor location.
3. Endure the rain, snow, etc. Embrace mother nature and make your session unique by having a 'unique weather session'.
4. You may request a refund, which you would receive your payment, all except the initial deposit/retainer.
Can We bring pets?
A.Absolutely! I welcome and encourage you to bring your pets, they are family! The only stipulations that we follow leash guidelines in accordance with the location that we are conducting your photo session. It is also always good to bring a friend as well, to supervise your pet while we are getting portraits of just you and your family without your pet.
What if I decide on site that I want to extend my photo session?
A.If you decide to extend your photo session and upgrade your package, we will add that time in then and there, if the photographer has the availability, as there is no guarantee on-site. You will then be billed the difference via email. The editing process will still begin, and the final gallery will be produced once the billing is paid in full.
How long will I have access to my album? Can I go back later to purchase more?
A.You will have access to your gallery for 1-year minimum. After that time passes they will then be archived. You can go back whenever you wish within that time frame to purchase more photos.
Can I share the gallery link with family or friends that were in the photo session with me?
A.Yes, you may share your online gallery with whomever you wish. If they wish to purchase separate images that you have not selected out of your package, they are free to do so.
What if i decide I want the whole gallery?
A.If at any point you see your mages and you decide that you just want them all, I offer a favorable 'Entire Gallery Purchas Discount", where you will then be able to download all of your images at this discounted rate. If this is something that you are interested in, please reach out to your photographer.
TERMS & AGREEMENT: To reserve your session date for any package or event photography, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance (plus tax) must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
All sessions include professionally retouched, high-resolution digital files delivered via online gallery for viewing and download. From this gallery, you can select your photographs and share them freely to social media, hard drives, or personal storage accounts.
Delivery Timeline: Sneak Peek: Posted to social media within 48 hours after your session.
Portrait Sessions: Final gallery delivered within 5–10 business days.
Weddings & Large Events: Final gallery delivered within 4–6 weeks.
Your online gallery will remain active for up to 12 months and archived by the photographer for 3 years.
Important Note: Before making any payments, please review the Photography Agreement Form. Submission of a deposit or payment constitutes acceptance of these terms, and you will be required to sign a digital photography release agreement before your session.
