L.Ballenger Photography – Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash value will be issued or refunded.
Voucher Value & Usage
Gift certificates carry the value indicated on the face of the certificate and may be applied toward the cost of a photography session and/or products available through L.Ballenger Photography. Gift certificates may not be used toward purchases from previous sessions and are valid only for new bookings.
One Voucher Per Session
Only one gift certificate may be applied per session.
Digital Image Policy
Digital images included in your session will reflect the number stated in your selected package. Additional digital images may be purchased at a rate of $20 per image.
Prints & Products
All wall art products are sold separately and come fully finished and ready to hang. The cost of wall art and other printed products—including prints, canvases, and similar items—is not covered by the gift certificate and must be purchased separately.
Expiration
Gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Promotions
Gift certificates may not be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Once a session is booked, it may not be canceled but may be rescheduled one (1) time only. Rescheduling must be requested with reasonable notice.
Substitutions & Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of L.Ballenger Photography, we reserve the right to substitute any part of the service with an alternative of equal value. This may include rescheduling your appointment or transferring your session to an approved partner photographer. Clients will be given sufficient notice should such a change occur.
Liability
L.Ballenger Photography is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the session, nor for any personal injury incurred during the session.
Copyright & Usage Rights
All images remain the property of L.Ballenger Photography. By booking a session, clients grant L.Ballenger Photography the right to use any images for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes at the studio’s discretion.
Artistic Disclaimer
All images will be edited and delivered in a style consistent with the artistic vision and professional portfolio of L.Ballenger Photography. By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photographer’s work and editing style, and accept that the final images will reflect that aesthetic. Requests for significant alteration outside of the photographer’s typical editing style may not be accommodated.
Viewing Sessions
Portrait clients must attend their scheduled viewing session. Failure to do so will result in the gift certificate being forfeited.
